By Proceeding with a purchase you are in agreement with our terms and conditions as stated below. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Your Special Day Parties, Cakes & Occasions to complete the agreement and is subject to labour disputes or strikes, Loadshedding, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.

• WE DO NOT SUPPLY CANDLES UNLESS REQUESTED – ADDITONAL CHARGE WILL BE ADDED

• ORDERS MUST BE PLACED & DEPOSIT PAID AT LEAST 5 – 7 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO DATE REQUIRED

• NO ORDERS WILL BE DONE WITHOUT THE 50% DEPOSIT PAID – PLEASE SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

• THE DEPOSIT IS CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER

• ANY CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE IN WRITING AND IF CANCELLATION IS 5-7 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO DATE REQUIRED, ONLY 25% OF DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED & ANY CANCELLATIONS 48 HOURS PRIOR TO DATE REQUIRED – NO REFUND.

• If you supply us with a photo of a cake that you would like us to make, please keep in mind that although we try to decorate it as close as possible to the original design, the cake will not look exactly like the cake in the photo.  We are restricted to colours available and non edible decorations like brooches & ribbon.  We try to source the best and closest possible products but it is not always possible.  Every cake decorator and designer has their own style of decorating as well.

• Our products contain dairy, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions

• Please note that if you do not state the flavour you require in time we will complete your order in vanilla sponge.
